Massage Establishment Licensing
The City of Ferndale City Clerk's Office processes massage establishment licenses. All massage establishments within the City are required to be licensed by the City. Licenses are valid for a period of one year, from January 1 to December 31.
Massage Establishment Licensing
A massage establishment is any establishment that engages in the practice of massage as defined in the ordinance, and which has a fixed place of business where any person, firm association, or corporation carries on any of the activities as defined above. A massage establishment shall not include a health club, health spa, or any physical fitness club or business that offers massages only on occasion or incidental to its principal operation.
